Teams arrive, register at the desk, receive participation certificates and visit cards. Then, they proceed to the testing area for setup. Visitors need to register to access the testing area.
Referee meeting / Opening
Referees meet with teams to discuss rules and guidelines.
Lunch time
Teams can eat packed lunches at desks if items are compact, cleanly packed, and no large backpacks or excessive cleaning supplies. Clean up promptly afterward. Option to dine at nearby restaurants.
Competition Rounds
All teams must participate in the ceremony for rewards and results announcement.
Close door
All teams must leave the event venue by this time.
